Partnership with Engineers Without Borders (EWB)

HeidelbergCement’s companies in Sweden and Norway and the nonprofit organisation Engineers Without Borders (EWB) have entered into a partnership since autum 2020.

This means that our employees HeidelbergCement in Sweden and Norway, can participate in one of the projects run by Engineers Without Borders.

Why are we doing this?

The partnership with Engineers Without Borders is an important part of our sustainability work. The Group and the management of Northern Europe have set a goal that all employees at HeidelbergCement Northern Europe and associated companies should be able to participate in voluntary projects during working hours in activities arranged by Engineers Without Borders.
